Woke up at 10.57am..

Went down to play basketball with HanLing

at 201 Tampines East CC.

Ran 16 rounds full court non-stop before

playing basketball..

Venting sadness.

Ran 6 rounds with lay up,

scored continuous 5 ins only.

Thinking of quitting basketball..

Sorry Miss Chong.

I know my attitude is bad..

Maybe you don't know what's really going on ba.

Vent everything on basketball today.

Play till whole shirt wet..

Under rain and soaked in sweat.
