Err, dribbled all around volleyball court today.
Went to MPH for the rest of basics of basketball.
Wooo cross over and back dribble.
So cool, do alone I'll lose the ball.
Having the coach blocking me infront,
I can do all the way till the end of the MPH fast ._.

MEDICINE BALL TIME.
Oww this was such a torture.
A group of 3,
having 2 medicine balls weighting 3kg each,
for 2 people in the group.
The other one sits down on the floor,
having one of them passing you the medicine ball,
and you must pass them back, having that for 1.
Well the other team mate passes you the ball again,
passing them back makes it 2.
We have to make it 100.
Was wondering if my arm got dislocated
After 100, we tried passing basketball
I held BASKETBALL....
It's like holding a paper ball filled with air

I have the feeling like I can throw half court and score

Coach say 3.30pm end,
walao 5pm then end.
Went Bedok CC, played basketball.
Won the first round, lost the second round.
Well, had to go and meet Xerxes for cell group meeting by the time.
