Attitude.
One day, a man was taking a stroll at the beach until he saw this boy, so he walked over.
"What are you doing?", he asked the boy.
"Oh, I'm throwing the starfishes back into the sea.", the boy answered.
"Why do you want to do that for?", he asked again.
"Because the sun is going to rise and be very hot soon, they'll all die."
"But there are so many of them, it doesn't make a difference."
The boy picked up another starfish with his hand and said, "But it makes a difference for this one."
